THE COMPETITION VENUE: Moscow, Country Residence of Maimonides State Classical Academy in Peredelkino
The Competition Programme (one round)
1. One piece by one of the following composers: F. Sor, M. Giuliani, L. Legnani, D. Aguado, A. Diabelli
2. One piece by J.S. Bach or S.L. Weisse
3. One piece chosen by the contestant.
The total playing time is 20 minutes (maximum)
Prizes
Grand Prix: guitar ($ 5000)
1st prize: 50 000 Russian rubles (around 1000 euros)
2nd prize: 30 000 Russian rubles (around 600 euros)
3rd prize: 20 000 Russian rubles (around 400 euros)
Special prize: 10 000 Russian rubles (around 200 euros) for the best performance of pieces by F. Sor, M. Giuliani, L. Legnani, D. Aguado or A. Diabelli
