In the great tradition of Manuel Ramirez and Santos Hernandez, Marcelo Barbero was one of the greatest mid-century makers of both classical and flamenco instruments. Barberos are very rare in both forms, but particularly the classicals - in the past 25 years, this is only the third rosewood Barbero we have ever seen, and we are extremely proud to have this instrument for sale. Playability is out of this world and the sound is astonishing - very sweet but percussive with great attack and velocity. An excellent investment for collector or player alike.
