[re] Nana de Sevilla(세비야의 자장가) - 가사 내용

앞에 올렸던 Nana de Sevilla(세비야의 자장가)
이 노래가 왜 이리도 슬픈지 가사를 찾아보니 이해가 되네요.
스페인어 가사와 영문 번역가사를 함께 올립니다.


Nana de Sevilla

Este galapaguito
no tiene mare;
lo parió una serrana,
lo echó a la calle.

Este niño chiquito
no tiene cuna;
su padre es carpintero
y le hará una.




Seville Lullaby

This little tortoise
has no mother;
a highland girl bore him,
and left him in the street.

This tiny boy
has no cradle;
his father is a carpenter,
and will make him one.


이 스페인 민요를 채보하고 반주를 붙이고 가사를 정리한 사람이 바로 스페인의 시인 로르까(F.G. Lorca:1899~1936)임을 감안하면 가사 내용이 다소간 이해가 됩니다.
그의 작품에는 집시나 여자 등과 같이 힘없고 소외된 사람들에 대한 관심이 나타나고 있지요.
엄마 없이 버려진 아기에 대한 자장가니까 슬플 수 밖에…   



자장가를 하나 더 올립니다.








몇 년 전에 나왔던 사발(J. Savall)과 그의 부인 피게라스(M. Figueras)가 참여한 "Ninna Nanna"라는 앨범에 여러 자장가들이 나오는데 스페인 알리깐떼 지방의 자장가 역시 너무도 슬펐습니다.
아직 이 앨범을 구입하지 않은 분들께 꼭 추천하고 싶습니다.
지금 흘러나오는 노래는 이 앨범에 수록된 스페인 알리깐떼 지방의 자장가.

    영화 쉰들러 리스트중에
    독일군들이 유태인 거주구역으로 들어와서 수용소로 이주시키려고 붙잡으러 다니는 장면이 있었죠..
    사람들이 쓰러지고.. 도망가고.. 죽고.. 멀리서 들리는 총소리와.. 군화발소리들..

    그 흑백의 처절한 난장판속에 빨간 코트를 입은 꼬마아이가 나타나죠..
    아무것도 모른채.. 엄마가 어디있는지.. 죽었는지도 모른채..
    그저 아장아장.. 그 속을 걷고 있는 그 조그만 아이..

    그 꼬마아이의 배경이 된 세상은 마치 스틸컷처럼 정지된듯한 느낌이었죠..

    왠지.. 이곡을 듣고 있으려니.. 그장면이 떠오르네요..
