이번에 소개 할 편곡 악보는 '엘비스 프레슬리'의 'Blue Christmas (우울한 크리스마스)' 입니다.


'Blue Christmas'는 '빌리 헤이즈'와 '제이 W. 존슨'이 작사 작곡한 크리스마스 노래 입니다.


이곡은 1948년 '도이 오델'이 가장 먼저 취입했는데, '엘비스'는 1957년 정규음반 《Elvis' Christmas Album》에 취입함으로써 이 곡을 크리스마스 로큰롤의 전형으로 확립시켰습니다.


1964년 첫 상업 싱글로 발매돼 영국에서 히트를 기록 이후  록, 컨트리, 기타 다른 장르 가수들이 취입했으나 로, 엘비스 프레슬리 음반이 가장 유명합니다.
